1. Regulation on Utilities and Others
 
1.1 Water supply and drainage
 
1.1.1 Direct discharge of domestic wastewater, grease, and sewage is forbidden in the venue. Machinery grease related water use must be paired with water circulation system. 
 
1.1.2 Pairing floor plan and height map must be provided for any water supply and drainage installations with clear indications of port locations. Installation staff should align with staff of the Convention and Exhibition Center onsite for the construction. 
 
1.1.3 In the event where no water supply and discharge installation plan is provide in advance, staff of the Convention and Exhibition Center will confirm onsite to decide whether conditions are sufficient for such installation. 
 
1.1.4 Any installation changes required after booth water system is ported to the water system of the Convention and Exhibition Center must be filed and applied for at the onsite Service Deck. Unauthorized installation or modification of installation is strictly forbidden. 
 
1.1.5 In light of safety protocols, water supply will be cut one hour before an exhibition closes. Exhibitors leaving the exhibition earlier than planned due to special reasons must inform the staff of the Convention and Exhibition Center in advance to uninstall drainage pipelines . If the pipeline components are damaged due to unauthorized removal, the exhibitor shall pay for the damages according to the price. 
 
1.1.6 No liquid and solid wastes are allowed to dump inside the exhibition venue. 
 
1.2 Power supply 
 
Power supply constructors and exhibitors entering the Convention and Exhibition Center shall take full responsibility of their construction safety, follow safety regulations for power use set by the Convention and Exhibition Center, and comply with management instructions from power supply management staff of the Convention and Exhibition Center. The Convention and Exhibition Center reserves the right to enforce modification and correction measures against behaviors of violating said management instructions and regulations. 
 
1.2.1 Power supply application regulation 
 
A. Exhibitors should report their actual power load level to the exhibition sponsor (organizer) or venue constructor. The venue constructor should gather said information from exhibitors and file a report/application to the Convention and Exhibition Center. 
 
B. Power use load filing must benchmark items listed under “Exhibition Booth Power Porting Service section” of Exhibition Service Guide (2015) of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center. Venue construction contractor must report actual total power use load of all (pre-rented) booths ten (10) workdays prior to the construction based on power load information gathered from exhibitors, and reserve at least additional 20% load volume as buffer to prevent unexpected overload. 
 
C. Management staff of the Convention and Exhibition Center will conduct random inspections during exhibition. Power supply staff will examine if actual power load onsite in line with power load filed by the constructor. In the event of any identified understated or fake report/filing of power load, the Convention and Exhibition Center has the right to perform power cut and correction measures. 
 
D. Exhibition booths requiring temporary power supply during booth construction must apply for power supply at the Customer Service Center of the Convention and Exhibition Center in advance. Booths requiring overtime power supply must also file application at the Customer Service Center in advance. 
 
1.2.2 Power supply construction regulation
 
A. Power supply installation constructors working inside the venue must have valid Special Operation Certificate for Electricians and carry the certificate with them for ad hoc inspections by safety inspectors of the Convention and Exhibition Center. The safety inspectors reserve the right to suspend unlicensed operators from their construction practice. 
 
B. Booths of constructors and exhibitors (including special design and standard booths) must be paired with additional standard power distribution boxes (including short circulator, terminal board, etc.) of national standards. Lighting devices inside the booth are not allowed to connect directly to the power distribution boxes provided by the Convention and Exhibition Center. Devices which have applied for independent power supply are excluded from this case. 
 
C. Constructors or exhibitors that come with their own distribution boxes for front-end cable porting can only port with the cable exit port of the distribution boxes provided by the Convention and Exhibition Center. Unauthorized individuals are forbidden to opening and compromising distribution boxes of the Convention and Exhibition Center for power cut or supply purposes. The Convention and Exhibition Center reserves the right to perform counter measures against identified said unboxing for power cut and supply behaviors as well as private trade for said purposes with relevant staff of the Convention and Exhibition Center. 
 
D. Exhibitors and constructors must use national standard (GB) and qualified construction materials, including cables, switches, and light devices. The installation of power devices must meet all terms and specifications of National Electricity Engineering Installation Standards of China. In the event of materials not meeting relevant standards, the Convention and Exhibition Center has the right to suspend the construction and perform correction measures. 
 
E. All switches and cables must be firmly installed by exhibitors. Switches are not allowed to be exposed when installed. Switches must be installed inside fire-proof distribution boxes that meet national standards. Distributor boxes must be capped with safety locks. 
 
F. Use of cables and switches must not exceed power load limits. The lower load limit of all switches and cables used by exhibitors must be set within 80% of designed maximum limit. If the cables and switches brought by the exhibitors are aging or overheated due to overload, the Convention and Exhibition Center  has the right to power off and order rectification. 
 
G. Unauthorized individuals are not allowed to move, open, or damage installed power and lighting devices inside the venue. Once identified said behaviors, the Convention and Exhibition Center has the right to perform power cut, terminate construction, and close booths until all corrections completed. Only after the violators pay the compensation for damage to equipment and facilities can the power supply and construction continue. 
 
1.2.3 Power use safety 
 
Please refer to relevant rules under the “Electricity and Gas Safety” section of the Safety Regulation. 
 
1.2.4 Violation handling procedure
 
A. In the event of violation of power regulations, management staff of the Convention and Exhibition Center will take photo records of violating booth and location and issue “Correction Measure List of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center” accordingly. The Convention and Exhibition Center will perform power cut measure against the violating booth and the violator will take full accountability resulted from said violation. 
 
B. The violator must submit compensation fee at the Customer Service Center of the Convention and Exhibition Center for damaged devices then the power supply and construction can be resumed. 
 
1.3 Hydraulic gas usage
 
In the event where some sponsors (organizers) need to bring their own compressors and gas tanks into the venue for construction, all said air compressing devices must be placed at areas outside the venue as instructed by staff of the Convention and Exhibition Center for safety concerns. Exhibitors must ensure all devices meet national and industry safety standards and take full accountability for the safety, usage, and security of their devices.
