Huizhan Plaza
Covering an area of about 26,000 square meters, the plaza has a usable area of 18,000 square meters. There are vehicle entrances and exits in the east, west and north sides of the plaza, which makes it easy to enter and leave the convention and exhibition center. It is an ideal outdoor place for holding large-scale ceremonies, celebrations, public benefit and other activities.
Osmanthus Hall
With an area of 3500 square meters, it is equipped with fully functional sound amplification equipment, 16+1 simultaneous interpretation system, eight lighting modes and other equipment or systems. A 500 square meter area is reserved in the front of the hall for the construction of various platforms and stages, and a 180 square meter media area is designed in the rear, which is equipped with multimedia interfaces to meet the needs of media reporters for live broadcast. It is suitable for holding various high-level opening ceremonies, large-scale press conferences, performing arts activities and banquets.
Since 2016, Osmanthus Hall has become the venue for the opening ceremony of the annually-held China-ASEAN Expo.
Chinese Hibiscus Hall
The round venue with an area of 2300 square meters is equipped with a professional 10+1 simultaneous interpretation system and a sound amplification system for the multi-functional venue. It is capable of accommodating 1500 people for meetings or 1200 people for large-scale banquets and various performing arts activities. It is the first choice for various important large-scale event opening ceremonies, high-level forums and other activities. Since 2006, a total of 11 consecutive opening ceremonies of the annually China-ASEAN Expo have been held here.
