Regulations on property facilities protection management
 
I. Environment protection
 
(1) The Convention and Exhibition Center is a public area. All personnel entering the venue should maintain good orders and follow relevant rules. Pets are not allowed in the venue. 
 
(2) The sponsor has the responsibility to restrict booth noise within a reasonable range (under 65 dB) in order to avoid complaints from other exhibitors or visitors. In the event of any said complaints, the sponsor has the responsibility to intervene and stop the misconduct, or request the venue manager to cut off the power supply of the booth of the exhibitor who refuses to comply.
 
(3) Within the building line of the Convention and Exhibition Center, the staff have the right to refuse the entry of the personnel who is irrelevant to the activities of the exhibition. 
 
(4) Public properties inside building lines should be properly protected, e.g. benches, firefighting equipment, trash bins, plants, etc. Individuals are not allowed to misappropriate public facilities or post, paint, damage property facilities. The Convention and Exhibition Center will claim compensation from individuals causing damage to said properties according to level of damage. 
 
(5) Exhibitors have the obligation to remove wastes that might cause physical, atmosphere, water, or fire and explosion hazards (e.g. batteries, oil paints, liquids, lubricants, and paints) from the venue or to professional agencies.
 
II. Equipment and facility
 
Floors: The floor load of difference exhibition halls varies. Area A: 0.5 ton/m2; Area B: B1 – 3.5 ton/m2, B2 – 2.5 ton/m2, Osmanthus Hall – 0.5 ton/m2; Area D: Exhibition Hall 1 – 1.5 ton/m2, Exhibition Hall 2 – 3.5 ton/m2, Exhibition Hall 3~5 – 1.5 ton/m2, Exhibition Hall 6~13 – 3.5 ton/m2, Exhibition Hall 14~15 – 1.5 ton/m2, Chinese Hibiscus Hall – 1.5 ton/m2, Area E: 3.5 ton/m2. Water, electricity, and gas supply pipelines are imbedded in the floor slots. The above-mentioned facilities are only available to authorized staff. Unauthorized individuals are not allowed to use these facilities. 
 
Walls: There are glass walls, aluminum boards/aluminum decoration walls, marble decoration wall, and solid walls inside the Convention and Exhibition Center. Intrusive use, such as pressing, leaning, pulling, and drilling of the walls, is strictly prohibited. Walls are not allow to be used to set up exhibition booths, post advertisement and promotion posters, or for decorations that compromise the consistency of the venue decoration. 
 
Fire hydrants: Fire hydrants inside the venue should not be covered, occupied, pressed against, damaged, polluted, or climbed onto. In case of special need, an application for use is required onsite at the Customer Service Center. 
 
Hanging objects: Objects are allowed to be hung inside exhibition halls after safety evaluation. Object exceeding load limits are strictly forbidden from hanging. 
 
Elevators: Staff of the Convention and Exhibition Center will deploy elevators of the venue according to need. It is forbidden for unauthorized personnel to adjust and change the regular and cargo elevator setting parameters without permission. 
 
Bathrooms: Toilet papers, sanitizers, disinfectants, and deodorants including their pairing devices inside bathrooms are for public use and should not be taken away or damaged. Water sinks and sanitary sinks inside bathrooms should not be used for littering, washing tools, water supply. Plumbing fees incurred due to blocked pipes shall be borne by violators of this rule. 
 
Others: Special application must be filed in advance at the Customer Service Center for the use and display of ultrasonic, infrasonic, laser and other devices that might cause physical hazards or discomfort. HF, telecommunication, and strong electromagnetic field and other devices that might cause negative effects on human health are not allowed to be displayed or used. The walkie-talkies used by exhibitors should not interfere with the telecommunication devices installed inside the venue, and otherwise should be kept from using. 
 
III. Plants protection
 
Any activities inside building line (indicated by redlines) that need to be carried out in the lawns or other green areas should obtain approval from the Convention and Exhibition Center in advance. Organizers of such events should adopt measures to protect planets after approval. Damages to the green areas due to lack of protection will lead to compensation claims by the Convention and Exhibition Center based on level of said damage. 
 
Substances are not allowed to be pour over green lands of the venue. Objects are not allowed to be placed against or on plants or grass lands. The Convention and Exhibition Center will pursue damage claims for identified said damages accordingly. 
 
IV. Sanitation
 
1. Special design regulation
 
(1) Before moving into the venue, exhibitors or constructors must submit special design cleaning deposit to the venue service provider of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center. 
 
(2) During booths construction, exhibitors or constructors must properly protect venue floors from oil paints, putty powders, and other taints. 
 
(3) During booths construction, exhibitors or constructors should keep their construction materials including wood boxes and wood boards at their booth areas or in storage spaces provided by the organizer. 
 
(4) During booths construction, exhibitors or constructors should clean or remove decoration wastes from their construction. The exhibition organizer has the responsibility of overseeing or overtaking the cleaning work of construction wastes. Venue managers will take photo records of neglected wastes left by constructors and the organizer and claim cleaning costs from the cleaning deposit. 
 
(5) The cleaning deposit will be returned after the cleaning work of wooden boxes, boards, decoration materials, and floor taints from oil paints, dirt, putty powder, glue, etc. After acceptance, the deposit for special design booth cleaning can be returned. 
 
(6) Exhibitors or constructors should remove all wooden boxes, boards, decoration materials, and floor taints of oil paints, dirt, putty powder, glue, etc. after the exhibition. The organizer should clean up said items in the event of refusing to clean by constructors or exhibitors. Proved (with photo records from venue managers) neglect of cleaning responsibilities by constructors, exhibitors, and organizer will result in forced cleaning measures, and cleaning costs will be taken from the cleaning deposit. All items, wastes, and floor taints should be removed within one day after the exhibition closes. 
 
2. The cleaning staff of the Convention and Exhibition Center are responsible for the cleaning of public areas and facilities including passages and bathrooms as well as domestic wastes. Exhibitors are responsible for the cleaning of their own booth. 
 
3. The wooden boxes, boards, display cases, rocks, stone chairs and other items inside booths should be removed by exhibitors, or otherwise should be removed by the organizer.
 
4. Rocks and other load-bearing objects for advertisements should be removed by exhibitors or constructors, or otherwise be removed by the organizer.
