1. Exhibits Legal Compliance Regulation 
 
1.1 Exhibits or display contents identified as forbidden items must be immediately removed or replaced by the exhibition sponsor (organizer) and exhibitor. Refusal of removal or replacement of said items will lead to eviction of the exhibitor and report to local public security, industry and commerce department, and other authorities by the Convention and Exhibition Center. 
 
1.2 In the event that the contract signed by the two parties cannot be performed due to activities that violate relevant laws and regulations held by the sponsor (organizer), it will be deemed that the sponsor (organizer) has breached the contract. In such an event, the Convention and Exhibition center has the right to terminate the contract, refuse to refund all collected fees from the sponsor (organizer), and require the sponsor (organizer) to compensate for the economic loss of vacant exhibition space and related fees for services already provided.
 
1.3 Losses caused by activities violating laws and regulations by the exhibitor shall be borne by the responsible party, paid fees will not be refunded, and the sponsor (organizer) will take joint liability for said losses. The Convention and Exhibition Center will reserve the rights to compensation claims against all responsible parties for other losses or negative impacts on the Convention and Exhibition Center incurred.
 
1.4 In the event where activities of violation of rights during exhibition occur, the violating exhibitor and exhibition sponsor (organizer) shall take full responsibilities. The Convention and Exhibition Center has the rights to compensation claims against the violating exhibitor and exhibition sponsor (organizer) for joint liabilities and damages incurred as a result of said violation. 
 
1.5 In the event where the exhibitor violates consumer rights when trading and selling products during exhibition, the Convention and Exhibition Center has the rights to compensation claims against said exhibitor and exhibition sponsor (organizer) for damages incurred.
