1.1 Basic regulations on environmental management
 
1.1.1 An exhibition hall is a public place, so all the personnel entering the hall should abide by the order of the hall and are not allowed to make loud noises or horse around.
 
1.1.2 The organizer (co-organizer) is responsible for restricting the exhibitors to control the noise generated from the booth within a reasonable range (below 65 decibels), so as to avoid complaints from other exhibitors or visitors; when such complaints occur, the organizer (undertaker) ) units have the responsibility to. discourage and stop them.
 
1.1.3 Within the range of the building line of the hall, Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center (referred to as NICEC hereinafter) will focus on monitoring the waste pickers, unlicensed personnel, and disheveled personnel who are irrelevant with the normal activities of the exhibition, and have the right to refuse their entry.
 
1.1.4 It is necessary to take good care of the public property within the building line of the hall such as: fire-fighting equipment, trash cans, green plants, etc. It is not allowed to misappropriate public facilities, post and smear on property facilities without authorization or damage public property.  NICEC will investigate the responsibility and impose corresponding fines depending on the degree of damage.
 
1.1.5 Exhibitors are obliged to take any flammable and explosive garbage (such as batteries, paints, various solutions, lubricating oils and pigments, etc.) out of the hall or hand it over to specialized agencies for disposal. 
 
1.2 Prevention of epidemic diseases and infectious diseases
 
For the epidemic diseases and infectious diseases announced and required by the Health Department, the organizer (co-organizer) unit and NICEC will conduct environmental sanitation management inside and outside the exhibition area respectively according to the guidance measures of the Health Department.
