If the organizer or exhibitor deems it necessary to work overtime according to the exhibition needs, the following regulations shall apply:

1. For overtime service, application for overtime procedures shall be made at the customer service center before 16:00 on the same day, and an extra 20% emergency fee will be charged for overdue application.

2. Overtime work will be calculated from after 18:00 during the move-in and the move-out periods, with period less than one hour charged as one hour; The duration for overtime work shall be subject to the time on the exhibitor's application form.

3. The booth of overtime work shall be consistent with the documentary information, otherwise it is deemed as illegal overtime work, for which 1000 yuan/time shall be deducted from the cleaning and safety deposit.

4. If the exhibitor proposes to work overtime on his own, the price system of the Managing Company shall implement after obtaining the consent of the organizer. The area of overtime work booths shall be calculated based on the actual size, excluding the part covered by home services provided by the organizer.
