1. Regulations on the Transportation Management by Exhibition Halls
1.1 Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center (referred to as NICEC hereinafter) implements exclusive services and management of exhibits hoisting, handling, and storage within the building line of the exhibition halls.
1.2 If the storage and transportation service of NICEC fails to meet the needs of the organizer (contractor) for the exhibition, with the permission and authorization of NICEC, the organizer (contractor) may entrust the unit that meets the following conditions as the carrier. Operations within the building line of the halls are supervised and managed.
1.2.1 The carrier must have the corresponding carrier qualification and provide the "Business License" 30 working days before the exhibition move-in.
1.2.2 Before entering the exhibition site, the carrier must provide the "Safety Inspection Certificate" for special operating equipment, and the operator must provide the "Special Equipment Operator Certificate", and a copy for record before entering the exhibition site.
1.3 The on-site operation of the carrier shall follow relevant national laws and regulations and the relevant management regulations of NICEC, and shall assume all responsibilities for on-site transportation services.
1.4 The carrier needs to provide exhibitors with related services such as handling, storage, and collection of exhibits, and the exhibition halls will no longer provide related services.
1.5 The carrier must obey the arrangement of the on-site management personnel of NICEC during the on-site operation, and take effective measures to prevent damage to the equipment and facilities of NICEC during the operation process. If there is any damage, the carrier shall be responsible for compensation.
1.6 Forklifts, motorized forklifts, cranes and other loading and unloading and handling tools are strictly prohibited from operating within the building line of NICEC, and no unit or individual is allowed to provide transportation services within the building line of the exhibition halls.
1.7 Exhibitors who move exhibits by themselves are responsible for construction safety during the operation period.
