Move-Out Regulations
 
1.Exhibitors shall take good care of their own belongings to prevent loss.They shall also take care of the facilities and equipment within the hall without taking them away or causing damage. Rule-breakers shall pay the full price for anything damaged.
 
2.Exhibitors shall dismantle and remove their booths from the NICEC within the specified removal scope. return the leased equipment and devices for exhibition, handle and ship back exhibits.
 
3.Exhibitors shall remover their facilities and promotional posters during the move-out period, and they shall pay the full price for anything damaged.
 
4.With regard to heavy-duty machinery, packaging and shipping during the move-out period, please contact the Business Center, and we can provide professional services in terms of logistics-handling.
 
5.After the exhibits are moved out of the hall, the attendees are not allowed to stay in the exhibition hall. Exhibits left unattended for one(1) day or more will be regarded as abandoned and be disposed by NICEC as unclaimed items.
 
Venue Handover
 
When the move-out is finished, the project manager will work with the organizer and sponsor for the venue handover, including recording the electricity meter(s) and inspecting the conditions of relevant facilities and equipment used in the exhibition hall(s). Both sides shall sign the venue handover sheet upon confirmation.
