Advertising management measures
 
Article 1 Applicable Objects
 
Customers and advertising service providers who publish advertisements and decorate within the building line of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center (hereinafter referred to as the Convention and Exhibition Center) must comply with these measures and the terms of the annexes.
 
1. Customers:
 
(1) Including but not limited to the organizers, contractors, specific sponsoring, organizing or implementing units, enterprises or individuals participating in exhibitions, conferences, performances, activities, etc;
 
(2) Enterprises or individuals who have demand for advertising during non-exhibition periods.
 
2. Advertising service providers: including but not limited to advertising agencies designated or entrusted by customers, exhibition/conference/event executing agencies with advertising publishing qualifications, advertising service agencies with advertising production and installation and engineering construction qualifications, advertising design companies, etc;
 
Article 2 If it is necessary to publish advertisements with product features within the building line of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center during the exhibition, the applicant shall communicate with Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center about the use of advertising spots and fill in the Application Form for Reservation of Advertising Spots of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center not later than 7 working days before the exhibition, which shall not serve as the advertising reservation voucher, but only as an application for the advertising demand. Both sides shall sign a formal contract after confirming that it is correct, and make the payment three working days before the advertising work is commenced. Late payment shall be deemed as giving up the use of the advertising site reserved, and as a breach of contract by the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center.
 
Article 3 Booking applications for popular advertising spots will only be accepted 30 days (inclusive) prior to the event. Booking beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
 
Article 4 In case of conflicts of hot advertising spots arising from multiple exhibitions, Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center has the right to readjust the hot advertising spots reserved by the exhibition organizers and provide the solutions. In principle, the exhibition organizers should negotiate amicably, and follow the arrangements of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, to achieve the reasonable sharing of the hot advertising spots. If negotiation fails, the decision of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center shall be final. Submitting the application for advertising site reservation shall be deemed as agreeing to these terms.
 
Article 5 The contents and procedures of the advertisements published shall comply with the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, and the advertising patterns and forms shall be safe and reliable and comply with the relevant regulations. If the advertising contents infringe the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, the advertising publisher shall bear the corresponding legal liabilities.
 
Article 6 The ultra-high altitude advertising spots of the Convention and Exhibition Center, including but not limited to the main logo of the Convention and Exhibition Center, the internal and external curtain walls of the exhibition hall, the high-altitude vertical advertisements in the exhibition hall, the wrapped columns, the flag pole/lamp pole flag hanging advertisements, and so on, belong to the building facilities of the Convention and Exhibition Center. Related service providers shall be selected from the advertising service supplier base of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center to provide production, installation and construction services. The contract and details of installation and construction services shall be negotiated and signed by the customer and the advertising service provider. Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center only charges advertising spot publishing fees and related deposits.
 
Article 7 Except the spots for ultra-high altitude operations, customers can either select advertising service from the supplier base of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, or the ones that meet the requirements of relevant construction qualifications to provide advertising production, installation and construction services. Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center only charges advertising spot publishing fees and deposits.
 
Article 8 During the period of advertising release, the customer shall designate a responsible person to be on duty on the site, and solve problems promptly in time if found.
 
Article 9 Without the confirmation of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, advertisers are not allowed to set up and publish advertisements of any form on their own, nor to set up and publish advertisements of any form in other names (including sponsorship and return). Without the permission of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, it is prohibited to post advertisements and publicity materials on walls, pillars, floors, doors and windows and other exhibition halls or equipment facilities; It is prohibited to distribute leaflets, posters, magazines and other promotional materials, or place temporary advertising devices in the public areas or in the passageways of the exhibition hall. Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center will order the publishers to dismantle the advertisements published without permission, and has the right to dismantle them with force and take legal action. If damage is caused to buildings or public facilities, the publisher shall compensate for the damage accordingly; If serious consequences are caused, Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center will investigate relevant responsibilities.
