Regulations on Exhibition Hall Management/Regulations on Security Management
 
When signing the “Exhibition Hall Lease Contract” with the Convention and Exhibition Center, the organizer and the sponsor of the exhibition (event) shall also sign the “Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center Safety Contract” to define the responsibilities and obligations of both parties; Before handling the entry formalities, the organizer and the sponsor shall complete the approval work related to safety of the exhibition (event) according to relevant laws and regulations. During the exhibition (event), the public security management regulations of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center shall be observed in the exhibition hall:
 
1. During the exhibition (event), the organizer and the sponsor are the first responsible person for the security of the exhibition (event) in question, who is responsible for handling various emergencies related thereto, such as disputes; The organizer and the sponsor shall formulate the exhibition (event) security work plan and emergency response plan, and organize the implementation of the drill training. The organizer and the sponsor shall establish and implement the security responsibility system, determine the person in charge of security, define the security responsibilities of each post, and provide full-time security personnel in accordance to the security work of the exhibition (event);
 
2. During the exhibition (event), the organizer and the sponsor shall provide enough full-time (part-time) security personnel to be responsible for security patrol, traffic command and maintenance of normal order, and assign full-time personnel to monitor the safety of the area in use throughout the whole process;
 
3. During the exhibition (event), the organizer and the sponsor are responsible for arranging special personnel to check and release the personnel, articles and baggage entering and leaving the leased area. The organizer and the sponsor shall be responsible for the cost of security inspection equipment and security personnel;
 
4. Exhibitors, personnel related to move-in and move-out and staff must wear identification certificates issued by the organizer and the sponsor or the Convention and Exhibition Center and enter the corresponding exhibition (event) area at the time specified in the exhibition (event) as required;
 
5. Exhibitors shall be responsible for and properly keep their exhibits, samples and personal belongings. Exhibitors shall enter and leave the exhibition hall on time to ensure the safety of exhibits in the booth. They shall take out of the articles with theft-proof requirements on their own before closing, or entrust the organizer and the sponsor to take protective measures such as storage, monitoring equipment installation;
 
6. In order to avoid undue personal and property losses, the organizer and the sponsor shall effect the third party’s personal and property liability insurance for the exhibition (event). If the exhibitors have important valuables on display in the exhibition, the organizer and the sponsor shall inform the exhibitors to sign a security guard contract directly with the security company, and effect property liability insurance for the same;
 
7. When exhibitors or other exhibition participants move the exhibition (event) articles out of the hall, they can only be released after inspection on showing the release note issued by the organizer and the sponsor. If the organizer and the sponsor no plan to issue a release note, it shall inform the Convention and Exhibition Center in advance;
 
8. The large stream of people in the exhibition hall may cause potential risk, so the Convention and Exhibition Center has the right to require the organizer and the sponsor to take emergency measures to control and evacuate the foot traffic, including suspending the handling of entrance certificates and prohibiting follow-up people from entering the exhibition area;
 
9. Commercial photography and photo taking activities in the boundary line shall be approved by the Convention and Exhibition Center in advance and carried out at the designated time and place according to the requirements of the staff. Non-commercial personal photography, photo taking and other activities shall not be carried out in the prohibited areas, nor shall they affect the normal exhibition (event) order and public order of the exhibition hall, otherwise they shall be stopped;
 
10. In order to maintain public order and safety in the boundary line of the halls, the Convention and Exhibition Center has the right to stop the following activities:
 
(1) Engaging in any commercial activities without the permission of the Convention and Exhibition Center, including various commodity sales, publicity, private contracting of various businesses and illegal selling;
 
(2) Posting or distributing leaflets, posters, magazines, various advertising materials, etc. in exhibition areas and public areas without permission;
 
(3) Any behavior that affects, pollutes or damages the sanitation and environment of the hall;
 
(4) Staying in the exhibition area without permission after closing;
 
(5) No pets allowed;
 
(6) Carrying public security controlled articles and inflammable and explosive dangerous articles into the area without permission;
 
(7) Any form of display and activity involving violation of national laws and regulations and social public ethics.
