I. Notice on move-in
 
1.Exhibitors must wear the exhibition certificates uniformly issued by the organizing committee. During the epidemic prevention and control period, they must scan the QR codes at the entrance of the exhibition hall and show their ID cards, health QR codes and other relevant certificates to enter the venue. Persons without certificates are not allowed to enter the venue.
 
2.The builder or construction working unit shall apply for approval according to the Application Manual for Special Decoration Construction of Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, and apply for construction permit at the customer service center with the approved Notice of Admission. The construction personnel shall bring the certificates, scan the QR codes, and show their ID cards, health QR codes as required to enter the venue.
 
3.Personal belongings and exhibits shall be kept properly to avoid pickpockets and thefts. In case of loss of articles or exhibits, please call the police in time.
 
4. Smoking, open fire, inflammable and explosive materials are strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall. Such rules shall be consciously followed.
 
5.Please do not nail, stick foam glue, drill holes or brush paint on the display boards, aluminum materials or aluminum columns. If any damage is found to the standard booth configuration, compensation will be made according to the price.
 
6.Each standard booth is equipped with a 220V power line; Only small power consumption such as mobile phones and laptops is allowed. If the power is connected without permission, the venue owner has the right not to supply power to the booth, and the adverse consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the exhibitors or builders.
 
7.It is strictly prohibited to connect lights or use high-power equipment in the standard booth without permission. If it is necessary, the exhibitor must apply for the procedures of connecting lights and electricity at the customer service center of the main contractor. If he does not follow the regulations, the main venue contractor shall refuse to supply power to the booth, and the adverse consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the exhibitor or builder.
 
8.One temporary power supply is provided for each booth. It is prohibited to borrow temporary power supply from adjacent booths for construction and to use temporary power for trial use of lamps. In case of violation, the exhibition halls shall unconditionally take back the electricity box, and any loss arising therefrom shall be borne by the exhibitor or builder.
 
9.The builder or construction working unit must appoint a person in charge at the construction site; It is required to design according to the exhibition construction management regulations, submit the design drawings of special design booth and pay the construction management deposit; The booth area shall be consistent with the declared area.
 
10. If the exhibitor and the construction working unit need to work overtime during the move-in process, he may apply for the same to the customer service center before 16:00 every day and pay for the overtime work at the published price. If it is found that overtime procedures are not followed or overtime is extended in violation of regulations, the pay for such overtime work will be charged twice as much as that stipulated in the standard.
 
11. It is strictly prohibited to demolish, move or take out the items configured in the halls of the standard booth.
 
12. The change of a standard booth to a special design one, if necessary, shall be subject to approval by the organizer, go through special decoration construction procedures at the customer service center, pay the site clearance deposit, fire safety deposit, and sign the safety responsibility letter before the construction can be carried out on site.
 
II. Notice on move-out
 
1. After the exhibition, the organizer or exhibitor shall arrange the safe removal and clearance of the booth and its accessories.
 
2. When the special design booth is removed, it must be ensured that the workers remove the booth in accordance with the safety regulations. It is prohibited to pull down the booth with ropes or other brutal removal methods. If such case is found, the security deposit shall not be returned.
 
3. In the process of dismantling the booth, the facilities and equipment in the exhibition halls shall be kept intact. The exhibitor or the construction working unit shall compensate for the damage, if any, according to the price.
 
4. After the move out, the exhibition halls shall be cleaned to ensure that the ground is clean and tidy.
During the moving out, waste materials and garbage must be taken out of the exhibition halls. If the same is found to have been dumped outside or around the exhibition halls after the deposit is returned, the booth builder concerned will be blacklisted, with its entry qualification in Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center banned by the organizer.
 
5. After the move out, the venue acceptance and handover shall be carried out with the Managing Company promptly, with signature of the person in charge of cleaning affixed for confirmation. After confirmation, the customer service center shall handle the procedures for returning the deposit for cleaning and safety construction.
