Traffic Safety Management Regulations
1. Before the exhibition, the organizer (undertaker) should communicate with the traffic control department of the local public security on the traffic problems during the event, and obtain the support of the traffic control department;
2. According to the scale of the exhibition and the security plan, security team members shall be arranged to direct the vehicles to enter, exit or park in an orderly way at each entrance and exit;
3. Vehicles shall be parked at the parking lots stipulated by the exhibition and shall not be parked in public passages or block fire exits. The offenders will be responsible for all consequences arising therefrom;
4. Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center (referred to as NICEC hereinafter) only provides parking spaces, and the vehicle owners are solely responsible for the safety of their vehicles. Do not leave your valuables in the car. Close the doors and windows of the car when leaving.
5. Any motor vehicle is not allowed to enter the exhibition hall without permission. Vehicles and personnel entering the exhibition hall must abide by the management regulations of NICEC and drive in accordance with the traffic signs and guidance instructions, and follow the management of the on-site staff;
6. All kinds of vehicles can only park and load or unload goods within the designated area. NICEC has the right to tow away or move away parked vehicles or stored items in breach of the regulation, and the required expenses shall be borne by the owner of the vehicle or cargo;
7. When parking vehicles or loading and unloading goods, the vehicle owners or cargo owners shall take effective protective measures to avoid damage to the facilities of the exhibition hall. If damage is caused, the owners of the vehicle or cargo will be responsible for compensation;
8. The speed of any vehicle within the building line of NICEC shall not exceed 20 km/h, and the height of the truck shall not be higher than 3.2 meters. The underground parking lot in Area A，Area B and Area E has a height limit of 2.2 meters, and vehicles are prohibited from honking in the parking lot;
9. It is strictly forbidden for trucks and unauthorized special vehicles to stay in NICEC without permission during the exhibition period;
10. Construction materials, exhibits and other items are strictly prohibited from occupying parking spaces without permission.
